Workplace professionalism

Office dress code

Yes, we have a dress code: keep your clothes clean and tidy – that's it.

Although beachwear or specific subculture attire is not acceptable, we do want you to feel comfortable at work.

Please check with your manager to see if there are any dress code requirements set by the client.

HR

Smoke-free workplace

Smoking is prohibited in all of the enclosed areas within Luxoft worksites, without exception. This includes common work areas, conference and meeting rooms, private offices, hallways, kitchens, stairs, restrooms, and all other enclosed facilities.

We protect our indoor air quality and contribute to the health and well-being of all employees.

HR

Clean desk

Make some space for creativity. An empty desk gives you room for productivity, allowing clear vision as well as the ability to focus on projects.

How to manage it:

Organize your workplace in a tidy manner, clear the desk and surrounding area of clutter and papers at the end of each day, and shred unwanted sheets of paper.

Force majeure

At the first sign of an emergency (fire, flood, earthquake, public order disturbance, threat of explosion, terrorism act, etc.) in the company’s office facilities, the employee must:

  • Inform their direct manager and the security service about what happened by dialing their internal phone extension or mobile numbers
  • Report the reason for their call and briefly describe the emergency
  • Upon hearing an evacuation signal or becoming aware of a threat to life or health, calmly leave the building using the nearest evacuation point

The above course of action is obligatory in all situations involving a threat to the life or health of an employee in the office.
