The Learning Management Department (LMD) gives everyone in the company access to training services such as trainer-led courses, upskilling programs for direct and line managers, webinars, foreign language lessons, training paths & sets, internship programs, self-learning libraries, external providers (conferences and certifications), and other training services.
Internal Mobility (IM) is the process by which an employee is transferred from their current position to another one (vertically or horizontally) or to the same position in another department, project, or location within the company.
Basic principles:
This service will become available after your first 6 months at Luxoft.
An employee may transfer within their current location or to any Luxoft office around the world.
