Vacations and days off

After making plans for your next vacation, choose dates and inform your manager of your vacation plans well in advance.

 

Don't forget to set up an Outlook autoreply with a contact person during your vacation and, most importantly, enjoy your rest.

Sick leave and health insurance

 

Sickness happens. The Luxoft sick leave policy applies to all our employees no matter how long they have been working here.

 

Notify your manager as soon as possible if you need to go on sick leave. You can also apply for the health insurance offered to Luxoft employees. Feel free to ask your HR Business Partner to get to know the procedure.

Business trips

 

The Business Travel Support Service 24x7 provides consultancy, coordination, and/or direct resolution support for emergencies that may befall Luxoft travelers during business trips.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

 

The Employee Assistance Program helps all employees be more successful when meeting their responsibilities at home and at work. The Employee Assistance Program can provide support on a wide range of work and personal issues such as managing life changes, surviving the loss of a loved one, managing stress, and much more.
