Strategic people-related decisions such as hiring new staff, probationary period and performance appraisal closure, career growth, transfers, and relocations
Financial aspects such as salary, bonuses, reimbursement for trainings, and other expenses
Resolving critical issues and escalations

HR

Your HR business partner (HR BP) is here to:

Introduce you to HR practices at Luxoft
Provide advisory support on all adaptation processes
Consult on professional development and career growth opportunities
Support in building team spirit as well as organizing and conducting retrospectives and workshops
Ensure a productive work atmosphere and corporate spirit

Buddy

Your buddy (tutor), if assigned, can help you with:

Making your onboarding smooth and fun
Diving deep into the project’s structure, functions, goals, and tasks
Adapting to the company and the team
Your first tasks and assignments

If it is not possible to assign a buddy from your team, and you think you need support from one of your colleagues, ask your manager or HR business partner.
