During your first weeks at Luxoft you will:

  • Direct manager (DM)
  • Tutor
  • Team members

Set goals and tasks for the probationary period with your tutor/direct manager and submit them to LuxTalent within your first week.

Fill in your Skills Profile in LuxStaff

Complete the mandatory trainings

 

These trainings will help you understand the rules and procedures adopted at Luxoft.

In your first week, you will be invited to corporate, local, and optional client trainings.

 

They will show you:

  • What behavior is respectful and what is harassment
  • How to properly share Luxoft info on social media
  • If you can take a corporate laptop for the weekend
  • How to avoid any conflict of interest
  • If the information you want to share is confidential data

 

Links and invitations to the mandatory training programs are sent by e-mail and are available on LuxTalent in the Transcript section.
